Heeeeey! The name's Rhiannon (ree-ANN-nin) Nicole and I'm 19. Yes, I was named after that awesome Fleetwood Mac song and no my paresnts were not hippies. I live in upstate New York where it's humid and gross and very uphill-y. I'm pretty much all Italian with teeeeeny tiny bits of French-Canadian, British, Irish, Dutch, and Polish. I naturally have dirty blonde hair, but I've dyed/bleached my hair too many times that I don't know what color it is anymore. Currently it's blonde/orange. I'm a senior at Tamarac High (09 babyyyyyyyyyy!) and I'll start Hudson Valley Community College in the fall studying photography and such. Oh, and I'm virgin, in case you were wondering.

I've grown up without a mother or any brothers or sisters, so I got one-on-one time with my good ol' dad. As such, he nor I go out that much so I've kind of taken on the trait of being a hermit. I'm trying SO HARD to break that as we speak. It's also brought a diagnosis of depression recently. (YAY PROZAC!) I like to go out with friends as much as I like to stay in my house and read/surf the web. I also try to teach myself some piano, but so far that hasn't gone too far.

I LOVE BANDOM! Mostly Panic-related, but I can tolerate small amounts of other bands (ie. FOB, MCR, Cobra, Empires, TAI..., The Hushies, etc). I will NOT read anything HP/AI/Stargate/Star Trek related just because. I can't get into it. I don't write much, or at least anything that I want to post, so I just read a lot of fics. I'm totally on the Spencer/Brendon boat, and those of you who are on as well, you totally rule. I also enjoy Ryan/Jon, Brendon/Ryan/Keltie (don't hate!) and GSF. I'm not too fussy about plots and kinks, as long as it's lengthy and properly grammatical, I'm all for it.

I'm also into the "scene". I fully support anything and everything Jac Vanek does. I think she is creative and full of awesome. I do NOT think of her as an idol or whatever those scene-kids think of her, so please don't mix that up. I have, however, taken some influence from her in my photography and every day fashion style.

My favorite bands include Third Eye blind, Panic At the Disco, Incubus, Smashing Pumpkins, Jason Mraz, Tonic, Nirvana, Queen, All Time Low, Fall Out Boy, Blink 182, Alanis Morrissette, Tori Amos, Counting Crows and the Beatles. I love mixes of music I've never heard of. I love making mixes for my iPod. I pretty much just love music.

I'm guessing the worst of it is over. I feel like one big disasterous tornado just destroyed most of what was there. I'm still in the state of shock where I think it's a joke and all of them are gonna go "Haaha, just kidding. We're still together." Buuut I highly doubt it now.

Everyone is more freaking out about bandom and how it just freaking disappeared. That's not how I see it. The guys are still around, Panic at least existed so bandom is not over. Ryden and Joncer might, for the time being, but they never really happened anyway. I'm not just saying this because my OTP is Brendon/Spencer, I'm saying it because it's true. Yeah, I can barely even read fic right now (I did a little B/S kidfic last night to calm down, didn't really help) nor even think about fic but. For those writers, please don't feel too dioscouraged (I'm looking at you arctic_grey).

Listening to 3 Little Birds this morning as I got ready for class, I got really excited for Bren and Spin. Ridiculously excited. I hope they bring some really good tunes to the table in the future, and I know they won't disappoint.

Right now I can't even talk about Ross. I will just say he is really throwing himself into a trash can.

That's about it for now. Class starts in 5 minutes. I won't pay any attention.

So Sunday night was awesome. I woke up at 7am for no reason and just puttered around the house, waiting for 530 to roll around. I met the_13th_bullet and our friend Jaime at their school, meeting their friend Melanie and jetted off to RPI Fieldhouse in Troy. We were excited and talked about inapproiate things about bandom (it's normal for me and Katie). We get there and the doors are already opened, so we're late. We find the merch table already being surrounded so Katie and I just went to the floor to find a good place. We tried to find our other friend Melanie, but she was too far into the crowd to get to her. Eventually the show started with Hey Monday, who were good and very fun. Cassadee is cute but her voice is kinda generic, but whatever. All Time low was fun and hilarious. Jack went into the stands and about the whole right side ran to him. It was insane. Cobra made my heart swell, mainly because of how obvious it was with the flirting between Gabe and Vicky-T. Also, Gabe called and bitched out a dude for flipping them off during Gabe's little diddy about the Fangs Up thing. Hilaaaaaaaaaaarious. I skipped Metro Station because they suck. Went to the merch table, got myself a Clandestine tape shirt, a Hey Monday owl shirt and two bracelets. Also guzzled down a Pepsi with Katie because we were dying. I found captainkay, nurikins, and _sugar standing near the merch table but I was too shy/nervous/out of it to go and say hi to them. Blah blah blah... Metro Station FINALLY got off stage and Katie and I went back into the crowd. Fall Out Boy comes on, I thought I lost my hearing with all the high pitched screams. Pete rants on about things I couldn't really understand. I may or may not have smiled at him really big as he looked at me. Eventually I had to leave the crowd because it was just too hot in there for me. I found Jaime and Melanie near the back and danced around there. After the show I accidentally followed simplydevinekh without even knowing it until we met. It was a little awkward but it was fun to meet her finally. She's seriously cute and she didn't scare me like she thought.
